Using a family visit visa need to exit first?

Hi, is there anyone here experienced or have a knowledge regarding holding a family visit visa when arrived in Qatar and afterwards found a job.... but the new Employer is requesting first to exit for them to issue a working visa? is there any truth about that?

You're talking about visit visa.. It's true.. If a person arrives Qatar with visit visa and finds a job, he/she should exit the country in order to issue the working visa.
