Visa Owner has Previous QID Number -Check Immigration Department

I left Qatar 2 yr before.

Now I came to Qatar & Finished Medical & Finger.

but when I process for ID to Pay the Fee then

Your Application has been rejected by following reason.

Visa Owner has Previous QID Number -Check Immigration Department.

How can I solve this Error ?

Dear Sir,

When left Qatar 2 years back, did you cancel your visa before leaving or you just exited the country?

Hai ,

You cannot pay the fee through hukoomi or metrash you have to go passport office preferably Madina Khalifa and do payment in Residence permit section GATE NO .2
