visa under process for more than 2 months

Hello to all of you

my sponsor has applied for my visa process since 05/10/2017. When i check my visa status on MOI site, it says visa under process with expiry date 27/04/2017 , it's about 2 months with no progress or change in the visa status. Is that normal? what are the chances of getting approval or refusing visa? I dont know what to do?
