RP under review from 20 days

My family is on visit visa and I wanted to convert it to family residence, my salary is not a problem..applied for RP and it's under review from last 20 dats...visited gharaffa but ty didnot let me meet the captain saying to come after August 15th, but my family visit will expire in 16th August and ty have to go back...please someone help me
