Health Insurance for Family Visitor Visa-July 2021

Hi Everyone,
Could someone guide me on the following related to the recent Family Visitor Visa issuance policy:
1. MOI is asking for health insurance for a Family Visitor Visa. These are the comments I received in METRASH2 while applying for a family visit visa and want to know which insurance company provides such a type of health insurance. QIC also told me not to purchase travel insurance because it cannot be accepted by immigration because it does not cover health insurance.
2. Considering Visitor visas are initially valid for one month, did our return date also match one month criteria when booking a ticket?
I would appreciate any advice or personal experience you may be able to share.
