I don't know... I live in one of the villas (same as shown in the cover picture of this post) located in Al Kheesa and we were the first to residentially occupy it (it was "brand new"), but the quality wasn't that great. Walls, or at least the outer layers, peeled off, The outhouse (maid room) bathroom, the floor wasn't done well in a way that water isn't directed towards the drainage hole causing pool of water to go near the door and ruins the wood. There were also little things that weren't perfect that I don't remember anymore. It gave the impression that Bandary built the villas in bulk and neglected to pay attention to the little details and quality control to the top for each villa, more or less quantity over quality. Even if I got the bad egg when there are a lot of good eggs, my point still stands, quantity over quality.

Definitely not saying it's horrendous, but not as high quality as it may seem to want to be.
