Business Visa Issued by Agent not responding need help

Dear all,

I would like to seek help as i could not understand what to be done as my cousin is here in qatar and his business visa is valid till 10th oct i had taken it from one person his no. was in qatar living, i call him and told me to come to air arabia office near crazy signal so i went and given the money and took the visa now i went to same place and given the money for one month extension but now he is not receiving any phone calls, Kindly pls. help me what can i do is there any way to get visa extended or some other way. Pls. help.
