Activation of ATM card takes how long?

*sigh* I finally got a TEMPORARY atm card with QNB after waiting 3 weeks. I got it three days ago. They said it will take 2 days to activate, guess what! STill not activated. Does anybody bank with QNB know the REAL time it takes to have your tempoarary ATM card activated. Until then I will have to continue scrounging in dustbins for scraps of food.

May be a case of bad timing. A lot of the banks are having ATM glitches as they switch over to the chip cards.

Probably a good idea to check with the bank again.

In the meantime, you might have to go into a branch and make a withdrawal to keep from starving :-/

YAH SAME HERE!!! EVEN I GOT MY ATM CARD FROM QNB AND WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ACTIVATE, THEY SAID TILL NOW THEY DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ME IN THE SYSTEMS. I SUBMITTED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS!!!

I also bank with QNB now I received my ATM one week After opening my account & it's been activated a week later as they informed me.
