Asking for my Visa Status

I'm working right now to a company where they still didn't gave my salary. What I want now is to get out on my company and look for another job.The problem is they don't want me to resign and if I will go they will cancel my visa and told me that will be banned for two years. My visa for them is only temporary working visa for 6 months. I have not yet done medical and finger printing. Which is which? If they cancel my visa is it really true that will be banned for two years or If they will cancel my visa I can go for exit and get another visa and go back here in Qatar. Anyone please help me. Thank you!

P.S: the problem my passport is on them and when i ask about my passport they don't want to gave it to me :(

Go to Labor office and tell them your story and if you have your offer letter take it with you.

Tell them everything and they will send a letter to your company and will arrange a meeting with them to discuss what you said and you will take all your rights.

If you are in temporary visa then you can exit the country from your current sponser and come back again in any other company sponsership. Without exit you need a letter from your current sponser to work in any other company.

I advice you to find out any other job and if possibility for them to arrange working visa for you just exit and comeback. Be sure your current sponser arrange you exit clearly.

Best of luck

if your medical is not done, means your passport is still not stamped, so u r free, you can go away and come back, but u would need an exit permit to leave the country, but there can't be any ban,

best is to get a job, before ur visa is stamped, then leave the country amicably, so that u get ur exit and then come back under a new visa

there are many other options too!
