BREECH OF CONTRACT IN HAMAD CORP. AS A NURSE

DOES ANYONE KNOWS THE SCOPE OF THE 3 YRS CONTRACT IN HAMAD HOSPITALS? WHAT HAPPENS IF U WONT BE ABLE TO FINISH THE 3 YRS. TERM AS A NURSE??? THANK YOU HOPE TO HEAR FROM A KNOWLDEGEABLE PERSON.

Nothing will happen if you chose not to finish your contract, submit resignation letter 40 days prior from your last working days. If HMC will give you NOC, you will not be banned in Qatar otherwise if they don't give, you will be banned only in Qatar but not in other Middle East Country.

AND IF FOR EXAMPLE THE CONTRACT IS 3 YRS AS A NURSE BUT YOU SUBMITTED A RESIGNATION LETTER. WILL YOU BE BANNED FROM WORKING IN THE MIDDLE EAST? WHAT MIGHT BE THE OTHER CONSEQUENCES??
