Business at a loss

My friend is with the company that facing business losses for two (2) consecutive years, hundreds of thousand i guess. Does anyone here knows if there's any possibility for a business to close down? How soon it will close down, any idea? I heard from a friend also that in this country, seldom seen a business to close down because the government will help them especially qatari is the chairman (one of owners but only in paper is member of prominent family in qatar). The owners (not qatari)are spending (for personal purpose but charge it as expenses) more than they are earning.

One way to help them would be to get good sound finacial advice on how to run the business properly.

If they ae loosing money and spending more than they earn the Banks will soon be knocking at the door.
