Can anyone help us?

We are an unfortunate Media/IT company in Qatar suffering due to our Founder Sponsor of the company.

1. We are a small Media-IT company started in 2007, under a branch company of Trading Contracting Company in Qatar.
2. Our sponsor who was not directly involved in the day to day business forced us to close the establishment in 2008.
3. We objected it considering the liabilities we have taken, promises and commitments given with our respective clients.
4. We found a new sponsor from the ruling family of Qatar in 2008 and along with him we signed and paid the demanded money in the Ministry of Trade and Business.
5. When we approached ministry for the completion of ownership change, we came to know that the founder sponsors parent company is “BLOCKED” by a court and we cannot transfer either company ownership to the new sponsor.
6. It has been two and half years now we renew our company and documents by paying him the fees every year, but we face all the difficulties mentioned below,

a. Company cannot participate in any Tenders
b. Company will not get any new Visa’s
c. No banking access directly still the old sponsor is the owner
d. Company cannot take office space or accommodation
e. No vehicle facilities or loans are provided

We are very much thankful to our prospective sponsor who signed the Sales agreement from Ministry, but unfortunately he is from a royal family and would like to settle the issues amicably.

Our founder sponsor is working with one of the best Media Company in the Middle East, fight against Human Rights violations, but unfortunately employee of this organization is trying to degrade the good name of the country and people. He started few other contracting companies with different name and doing business without any hassle. We came to know very recently that his own family member is given this complaint to stop us functioning properly.

Can anyone give us a solution.
