Cancelled QID

My QID expired on MAy 2020, due to teh COVID19,I could not come back from home country due to which my QID was canclled after three months. Now while processing for the exceptional re-entry permit I am getting message " "Status of QID is not valid". Can any advise on this issue

Since your QID was cancelled, your company should apply first for your visa online, then Exceptional return permit.

It is only your company PRO can do it.

Better talk to your sponsor and ask this to him. He should probably know this.
