Hi Everyone,

Hope every one is fine !

I had a question regarding changing Job.

I joined my present company in June 2013 for a limited contract period of 2 Years.

Now I want to resign and go back to India.

And then i have some friends who can help me to get a better job.

Basically the Question if can i come back now as per the present labour law. Or I'd be still needing NOC from my previous employer.

WIll there be any BAN on me. If YES, then how long the BAN would be ?
