I have some conflict with one of the banks in Qatar with credit card offer. Where we have to file complaints of this kind? Does there a consumer forum to complaint ? If anybody have contact info ,plz pass on. Thx.
If you have conflict with local bank on your credit cards and they are unwilling to resolve the issue then you must write to VISA, Master Card etc in USA. These banks are only issuers of these credit cards.
Or look at the back of your card, there is a phone number, call them, they for sure can clear things for you, or at least tell you what is what and what to do...

if ur concern is poor service then there is no escape from it, u goto any bank u will be subjected to not so good service except if u are a Qatari.
