Dentist (MDS) - Procedures for applying for a job in Qatar

Asking for my sister who has just completed her MDS (dentist)..

What are the requirements for a dentist for applying for a job in Qatar (both Hamad and private hospitals)? Does she need to clear any exams here? How many years of experience is required?
