the more kids grow, we see and hear less. But we worry more. We engage ourselves in picking them up and dropping them all the time till the age of 18. After that age, we start servicing their cars and following up with traffic police and the car dealers. Give them our cars and stay at hime waiting to get our car back IF they would allow us :D

Yep i do agree with that, its causing us more grief than anything else..However i do think that more is expected of women these days, the list of to do things seems to get much longer by the minute...Womens roles in the past were much simpler..Also children are more demanding these days. I remember a saying used before "children should be seen and not heard, whereas these days it is the opposite, we give so much needed time and attention to kids, our roles as parents have changed..

Life is difficult now. It is our fault. I think. With all the facilities and inventions to make our life easier, we are still suffering and complaining and becoming less productive.

life now is much much easier to wives/moms. specially non-working, compared to what our moms/grandmoms used to suffer.

YET. our moms/grandmoms were much much happier than current housewives/moms.

Planning sometime to write a descriptive article about how our moms daily life routine. Most of you will be shocked and should feel very grateful to the enormous facilities available to you and should appreciate how easy is life for you
