you will need 200 000 riyals to deposit in the bak whic will be refunded after registration work is done , first you have to get a name from the chamber of commerce which is an irritating task its really hard to get a name , lot of regualations and rules , after you get a name they will give you a letter to be submitted to the bank , after you deposit your 200 000 riyals in a bank of your choice you will get a letter from the bank stating you have deposited the amount which has to be given to the chamber of commerce again for you registration to be completed , the next step will be to get your shop space approved by the muncipality , after that is done you are ready to start operating .

other expenses will be your licenses which will have a fee for yearly payment ,

we;; you definitely will need to get a local sponsor and set it up as an 49/51 share . plus the commercial rates are still high , expected to come down in a while , as far as i know shutter spaces can range from 7g to well a lot more depending on the location .

well i want to open a ladies garments shop like readymade n unstitched cloths for ladies ,so can u tell what is the excet way of opening do i have to get in to partnership with some local for shop ownership or what ?i am on a family visa so do i have to geta work permit or work visa etc..... plz let me know the ccapital for a small shop of garments !
