Dewalt or Metabo are the best you can find.

ive been a carpenter for 16 years and used everybrand possible the best performance comes from dewalt has higher amp quality and less service requirement but if u do have problems they always stand by their tools i just bought 2 of everything at the dewalt dealer on salwa good service

Don't buy Ching-power tools, they do have a fantastic record of performance,they are always breaking down all the time.

Bosch
I personally would go for Bosch and then Makita, with a damn good attention given to the Made in ..... tag to avoid as much as I can anything manufactured in GREAT CHINA, not always works though as even the air would be manufactured in China at some stage in the future!
DeWalt, Hilti, Metabo, and Bosch are German, that's why.
