Evaluation for nurse license for SCH
Good day!
I already applied online for evaluation for my nurse license for SCH and it said on my page, not completed by employer.
1.What does it mean, because I was the one who submitted all the docs online and not my employer?
2.How long will the evaluation process be completed?
3.When will I submit my Cert. of Good Standing from the Philippines?
4.And when will I submit my Pometric exam result?

hi there! im here in qatar for 2months. i already passed the prometric exam. i have an employer stating that i can be dental assistant and no exam is needed. but what it keeps me from delays is that my last employer in the philippines did not give me a coe making it a one year gap for me. the question is can it be possible that my dataflow and evaluation be rejected due to my one year gap? how many years of work experiences is for a general scope nurse? hpoing for your responses. im so confused and worry about this.
Hi everybody. Im a nurse here in the philippines. I applied on hmc and im on the process of doing the data flow of sch. Does anybody know where will i pay here in the philippines? Is it thu bank or credit card? Im having a hard time since USS only give the bank account.

Additionally, the Good Standing Certificate from PRC should be applied for and sent directly to SCH in their PO Box address as soon as possible. You should finish the whole process before the validity of CGS lapses.
After evaluation, you will be asked to take the Prometric. Since you have the Prometric already, next step is to apply for a Passing Letter where you will attach the result of your evaluation and Prometric result. Once you receive the Passing Letter (2 weeks after submission), you will be asked to do the Medical Exam, vaccination, Police Clearance, ILS Training etc. as requirements for the licensing procedure.
Kabayan, your employer should assign an employer representative who should go to SCH. He will be given an online account where he can monitor the processes for evaluation and/ or licensing later on. With this account, he can also do the processes in bahalf of the employee. Intially the employer representative will receive an email from SCH telling him that the application is for submission. He can do this by opening the account and the section for submission.
The process of evaluation depends on several factors mostly from the results of Dataflow Verification. You will be lucky if they can finish it within 2 months.
You should inform your employer that you have already submitted your app.
The faster your employer confirm your application, the shorter time the process will take
