My friend is under father sponsorship and she wants to work in Hamad.

What is the usual offer for local hires nowadays? Is there an allowance for transportation and accommodation?

Also, is there a chance that she will be considered if she only has 1 year CLINIC experience?

Usually, in GCC, Mallu factor is directly proportional to better prospects,,,,,jus try to find one and jus relax later,,,,,cheers
