The only thing you can do if you are from one of the 33 countries that allow upon arrival visas is fly out of Qatar for a few hours to Bahrain, then come back on a upon arrival visa that is good for 1 month, and renewal for 1 more month. total of 2 months.

what if somebody breaks the chain of continues employment, changed sponosor twice and then stayed a few year outside Qatar. Could he have 3 options to change sponsor again?

you can keep changing as long as your sponsor keeps giving you NOC.
