I want to start ecommerce business

I want to setup an ecommerce website. I will be only selling goods purchased from within Qatar. Do I need to setup a company as per Qatar law? If so, what kind of company is most favourable as the capital requirement is very small, and I don't have the money for a WLL. I'm working for a local company which I wish to continue though. Pls. Advice

you have to setup a company, after that you will be able to get the payment API from banks, if exits. recently i heard, ictQATAR is studying to bring eCommerce in Qatar.

Credit card process is one of the main object, and yet no bank providing this facility, May be after company setup you can use some foreign Payment gateway.
