Hotel service worker, financial services worker, vegetable seller, plumber, sea shipment worker, land shipment worker, jeweller, air cargo worker, cook, typist, boat carpenter, beauty saloon worker, welder, translator, painter, welding technician, installation technician, maintenance technician, mechanical technician.

Barber, baking mixer, cook, meat, shawarma and sandwich griller, falafel maker, sweets maker, waiter, laundry worker, prayer caller (moazin), rescue worker, security guard, gate guard, lift worker, shipping worker, carrier, packing and grinding worker, irrigation worker.

Gardener, agricultural worker, wood seller, horse hostler, fodder worker, machine operator, tailoring worker, plaster worker, tents tailor, embroider, general typing, stamp maker, crusher machine operator, glass technician, marble technician, metal-casting technician, tiles technician.

Jones.. Do you means manager category on visa or job offer or position in the company...

Also I have engineering education and job offer of manager...does this restrict the driving license to be applied for..?

You Guys please do not mislead anyone ,lets just give positive ideas and motivate the others,12k is for "Permanent Resident Visa",for family ,and if you have Minimum basic of 5k you can sponsor your family on "Visit Visa Only",however your position in the company matters most becoz for Manager category you might be allowed to submit (3 months) Bank statement,however it also depends with the officer in charge at the time of your application process...

The restriction on your driving license depends on your visa category.

The min salary QAR 12k should be your basic salary exclusive of benefits (HRA).

BOXBE...If you get 6 months pay slip stamped...by the company,.. dont you think they would ask for any backup with bank statement which is only 1 month old...

Also does any one know whether expats are not allowed for driving licence.?

Regarding Project Management- Hopefuuly Qatar style and UAE style are same...i suppose..

Do the math right first : Salary - (rent + schools + living expenses + savings) = ???

if you get a positive number, then think about it.

if you get a negative number, negoiate your offer.

Project Managment in Qatar requires you to know Qatar work style and tactics.

sshahnawaz..try with this if possible..get 6 month pay slip from your company on their letter head and get it stamped and signed by the sponsor

Is this some new rule now.. since one of my friend got RP with one month bank statement last year in 2013 Jan.

No way that you will get your RP without bank statement as this is must and part of application.

Instead of getting RP rejected better to wait for 6 months to apply.

Mary- is there any work around if you dont have 6 months bank statement...coz no famiy would stay 6 months away with the kids in school..

Mary Vani--- you did nto mention about the bank statements required? HOw many months back statement is required minimum to sponsor family.. I am planning to get my family here in Qatar..

It's a pretty simple question - yes or no:

I earn 10,000Qar per month, can I sponsor my family?

The answer is No.

It's not negativity, it's the law of Qatar.

You cannot realize your dream in Qatar. You aren't paid enough.

Current Process in Family Visa:

1. Salary Letter from Employer -salary overall to be minimum 12000 QAR (Arabic - Typed and addressed to MOI-Immigration Dept) - Contact your PRO of Company.

2. Copy of Your passport and Work VISA Page

3. Copy of your Education Certificate (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)

4. Wife's Passport Copy

5. Marriage Certificate (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)

6. Child(s) Birth Certificate(s) (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)

7) rent agreement duly attested by muncipility (muncipilty shall require another set of documents like copy of title, copy of owner QID, lay out, etc. for stamping)

8, Get NOC from your wife company with salary.
