Moonlighting in Qatar

I have heard that in Qatar one can work for a second employer so long as your primary (sponsoring) employer approves of it, but when I look to the Qatar Labour Law, all I see is language saying that there are no circumstances where this is permitted and that you would lose your work permit if you do so. Is there a way to legally be "loaned" by one company to another on a part-time basis?

Item 3 of Article 42 of Qatar Labor Law and also your Contract Agreement with your employer clearly stated that you are prohibited from working to third party.

Yup. This is true. Just dont know which provision of the law it is stated.
