Moving to new office - what to avoid?

We're going to be moving to a new office. Can anyone recommend a company that they've used to do a fit-out and supply furniture? Looking specifically for companies that you've worked with and can recommend. Need good service and professional work.

Any other recommendations? Are there things we should be careful about or avoid? I've heard some horror stories...
