No More GAMCA for medical exam

I have read the good news in this link. I just want to know if this really effective nowadays?

Anyone from Philippines who had done his medical from a non-GAMCA clinic who passed the immigration at NAIA?

Thanks for your reply. Until now, Qatar embassy wont accept medical from non-GAMCA clinics in spite of the Supreme Court suspending GAMCA last month?

i dont think so, medical is not needed in the immigration at NAIA, the Qatar embassy is the one asking for the medical before they will release your visa and they will accept only from GAMCA accredited clinic
