NOC
I have been working 6 years on my current company and Iam thinking of transferring to a better one because offer is better/ bigger.
Now the problem is i don't think my company will give me NOC so i can transfer to tnis other company. If this is the case do i have the right to report it to labor? Will they be able to help me?
Nope, it doesn't include in the labour law. It always depends on the private company if they give NOC or not. The best thing you can do is ask them to give you NOC in a super duper nice way :)

K mari...if u say so
Spy - I'm playing nice baby boy! mwah!
Play nice children
Aoy - well, for this guy(paulobanez). He needs to watch his words first before he make fun of anyone.
why is grammar a very big deal to you guys from the PI's? to think that you are bashing ur fellow.
expats that ive workd with here dont care about grammar. sometimes when i talk in straight english, some dont undertand. but when i talk in broken english, they understand me better.
guys i know english is important in international trade communication etc etc, but if people you deal with doesnt understand u, whats d use?
ive heard that some companies give out noc's if you pay them. but, be ready to pay them a very very very hefty amount. goodluck in your endevour/s
BobbPenn - NOC stands for No Objection Certificate from your current employer if you have plan to transfer to another company / employer.
paulobanez - who do you think you are? you shouldn't laugh and make fun of anyone. And dude, next time before you make a comment for anything make sure that your grammar is 100 % right. Use your mind before you lose it. You are more than funny. If you're not going to say it right, then just shut the f*** up! Also, I don't believe that you have interest in reading books. Your english sucks big time!

hahahaha you make me funny on your question, hahaha
Try talking to the Human rights, they have settled 470 cases last year as per Gulf Times.
If it is the case then thousands would have been queued in Labour Department for reporting.
sigh :(( thanks for the reply guys.
