problem with Job contract

Dear QL Family,
I would like to inquire for your kind opinion regarding the dilemma/problem of my colleague. His wife got a job here in Doha but the problem is, the job the employer is giving her is for a maids job or servant. His wife has a medical degree major in dentistry. According to him the wife is still here but they're having some issues with the job assignment. She did not signed any contract that she'll be working as a maid simply because that was not the agreement they had before she left her country.
What do you think is the right thing to do?
I hope you guys can give us a good advise soon.

does she have a dental practice licence?
- if not she can't work as a dentist; she will either work as a dental hygienist, or if her dental practice licence requires experience, she can work as a training dentist.
- if she has a practice licence, than she can work as a normal dentist, but be aware that her sponsorship must be on the center she works in, so will need NOC when she leaves that center to work elsewhere.

had an experience with some of colleagues on the same issue, they were issued the same visa as kadamas or maid and having trouble finding a right job for them but there some company around doha who accept that kind of visa but work in as their profession.. but you have to talk to the sponsor of the visa and try to negotiate the title so that you can work on a proper manner. this would be hard but you have to try the other ways - try to look for a Mandoop which really knows how to handle this kind of issue..
If its not the job she applied for, then why sign the contract.... Since she is on husband visa, she can easily look for other employer who can be fair to give a contract suitable for position she is applying. Unless she is applying as a maid.
the simpsons.... this is always happening in qatar .....check the contract and check what type of visa they gave her ....a working visa or a maid or servant or what they called kadama visa ... and check the agency where she came from and get a lawer ....and go to media ......something wrong there from the start ........good luck .............
since she didnt sign any contract, she can come back easily, No need for the NOC going back to Qatar, and thats not the end of the world for them, im really really sure once she came back here, she will get a better offer, much higher salary and most of all not kadama visa...
