Please help me i am working with a construction co. i want to know about what is the law for emergency leave here in qatar and its paid or unpaid and for how many days.
No such thing as "emergency leave" as far as the Labor Law is concerned. Some big companies provide it, such as in the case of the death of an immediate family member. However most companies don't.
Follow Happy's advice and just take leave from within your annual leave entitlement and then hope it gets approved by your manager.
Don't forget to also get an exit permit if you need to travel outside the country too!
Sine we are in February I hope you have most of your leave entitlement intact. Just ask for leave against that. If it is unscheduled leave explain the nature of emergency to the management to approve the leave.

If the company approves it , you can go on leave, else you cannot. Even if they approve your leave, that will be deemed as unpaid leave. ( If you company is generous enough, they can make it paid leave considering the duration if its less)

It is 7 calendar days , It is paid, you need to bring the document showing what was the reason { emergency } .......
