Release from one company

Hello everyone.

I joined a company recently now it's been 4 months. I am not satisfied with the company since no proper organized system and procedure. My superiors are in head office but I work in a sister company alone. I find it difficult when it comes to reporting and discussion. I want to leave the company because my career should not be affected and company should also not be affected.

Please advise me to get release. What' can be done if NOC is not given.

who says life in Qatar is fair?

With the new immigration laws they can and will deport you even if you were hired locally.

I have been recruited locally. It's unethical to send employees back home in case company is not in best interest.
