Rope Access Training
In Qatar, there is no Rope Access Training, which is the high-level training for those who work on heights.
especially high rise building,, where you dont have much space to build cradle or scaffolds..ex : zigzag buildg..Howcan one clean the outer walls of buildigns
we are going to tie up with a Hongkong partner, who have world wide operations mainly in France.
This training is also needed in offshore, oil rigs and drillings.
Do you think, such a business will have more market in Qatar ?..
in Qatar employers are still over exploiting the workforce. They don't value knowledge and skills here.Too much of cheap labor
Even if a laborer has the world's training, no employer will pay him $800 per day in Qatar. May in the UAE.
Maybe its not about Asian labors....
I mean obviously...800$ is more like European wage...
Sorry if my sarcasm is not getting through to you. If your new to the GCC or Qatar, I'll put it simply -manual labor is not valued over here.
Since you were asking if it was a good business idea or not, I don't think it's one. If you have some clients already interested in training their manual labor staff and paying them 800$ per day, then good luck to you and it would be nice to hear that Qatar is taking a step in the positive direction.
I don't have any allergy. Where are these 800$ charging manual labourers in the GCC? I haven't seen any. Are they hiding behind some small rock?
it is called IRATA certified Training
I received some PMs messages asking what is the neame of certification
It is IRATA, globally renowned certification like NEBOSH, OSHA etc
some of the companies, who visit from UAE, does not have this certification. which assess & monitor how to clean high-rise building, how to rescue someone if a person is fainted at the hight of 17th floor ...etc
how come you develop allergy to Asian labourers ..
WHat i mentioned above is EXPERIENCED ,and charging 800$ per day.
it is not some Nepali labourers holding helmets undergo 5 days training and do cleaning of high-rise building.
THEY CANNOT..
Experienced labor from non Asian sector in the middle east? Clearly some new phenomena that has developed and caught me unawares, if it's true.
but normally companies bring experienced labour from various countries.
we plan t have a permanent set up here
No, there is no value for human life which comes from the Asian sectors employed in manual labor. Why would they spend their oil money to train manual laborers ?
