Safety negligence by a Company in Qatar Called DUTEST QATAR

Dear All,
I would like to Introduce my self, my name is Sendhil kumar Gangadaran, at present I am in Pondicherry India. I was an Ex employee, of this company (2006 - 2018) Supervisor at DUTEST QATAR W.L.L with General Manager as Mr Sumit Gupta, and Operation Manager as Mr Aneesh ahmed, On 19/05/2018 , one of an employee (My friend) Mr Alexander (Crane Operator) from Tutukodi --Tamilnadu, South India, Was terminated from his duties, but the company management, still made him to work in their company. He died in an accident inside their company campus due to the company's Safety negligence. When I was an employee of that company, I have warned many times about their safety procedures.. but this Operation Manager Mr Aneesh ahmed did NOT cared and they avoided my suggestions, He has forced many workers to operate Fork lift without Proper Driving Licence, If workers hesitate to operate, he will threaten them that he will fire them They were only very cautious about making money and micro management. They don't even provide any safety (PPE) / Apparatus in their campus for their workers, not even Helmets..I also heard that after Mr Alexander's death, they placed a Helmet near his body to make an Impression that, he was wearing one. Investigation is going on. I am pretty sure sure they will try to hide this issue.. Mr Alex was my close friend, who died.. I would like to bring this to all for kind Info and I humbly request all to support me in this issue, to take necessary action.

Till date DUTEST QATAR W.L.L did not pay Compensation to his family.. and my complaints are still pending..

IF Mr Alexander was an American or European, these Bosses will not be it in their places right now, since he is an INDIAN , these boss are still living in their place.. but they must not forget that god has not saved them.. they will have to reply for their deeds.

My final effort for Mr Alexander.. I have given my statement to LEEA through proper channel. An OM who placed a Helmet near Mr Alexanders body to make an impression that he was wearing one so that when police comes they will think that he was wearing helmet. So he will be saved ,

Why its Not been renewed?? Because they know who is Dutest GM. and its management. ?????? You may change your location, BUT you will NEVER Develop Unless you change your Bussiness Atitude.

DUTEST QATAR is Managed by Some In experienced Mechanical guys who doesent know the basics, cause they do not compile with other departments, like Electrical, Electronics, or Automations. So the BIG BOSS of Dutest QATAR must be aware of this. the Present GM is acting as if he knows every thing. No safety standards in his company, no professional approach, no procedures. what ever he thinks or his spoons thinks is final. So finally the big boss Mr.Qatar is been cheated. How long can he be cheated. Now DUTEST QATAR is trying to get projects in Qatar Sea port, Hamed , or CT 7, in messieed Qatar petroleum, QP already knows that DUTEST QATAR management are cheats and they also know that they do not know the defference between Electrical and mechanical, all they know is to sell wire ropes and slings, and grease. They have some cheap guys who make some dramas to cheat their customers, Unless and until Mr Qatar gets alert.. these cockroaches will never be flushed out. ? Its very easy for me to send this message to the big boos too. For the past many months i trying to search one bug.. OM of Dutest but i could never find him.. ??????? a SHIT OM who asked Automation / PLC guy to pick up scafolding scrape in some scrape yard just to give some job. So these type of shitty guys call them selves as OM still exist in their posting, Who do not plan any jobs nor compilewith any standards. What ever the GM says this OM does.

O.K, as a lame Guy, let me highlight few points, then later let all of you decide if I can judge or not, then we'll decide who are the real culprits. Dear all please give me your comments, Correct me if i am wrong . Lot of Experienced guys are there in DUTEST.

Let me list out the Points:

1. Mr Alexander Crane Operator was killed in an accident (Fork lift), Load dropped on his head.

2. The fork lift was driven by a guy who did NOT have proper training / Qatar Fork lift License.

3. The forklift was purchased by The Company Dutest Qatar under this General Manager.

4. The key was with The Dutest Qatar Operation Manager, who gave the key to a guy without Qatar driving license and gave permission to drive the forklift.

5. Mr. Alexander was just only giving signal to the so call driver to place the load.

6. Due to this inexperienced driver the load fell on Mr. Alexander’s head.

7. Mr Alexander was killed on the spot.

8. Later, Mr. Operation Manager placed a helmet near his body to impress the investigators, that the company DUTEST QATAR provided proper PPE to him.

Questions:

1. Who was having the key for the forklift?

2. Why there was not any Log reports for the key access? In professional companies you need to sign a log book to take any operation equipment. But in DUTEST QATAR, Even Tea boy can operate crane, forklift, even car for Mr OM and GM. and kill any one. (GOD BLESS)

3. Who gave permission to drive the forklift without a Qatar driver’s license?

4. Was that Job have JSA, Work permit, or any other Safety Measures?

5. Who was the Operation manager, supervisor, foreman, and Safety officer for that Dutest Qatar street 10 Campus? All will be sitting inside their office, with a mobile phone sticking on their ears, and some will be doing some dramas.95% are all bosses in Dutest, only rest are workers.

6. DUTEST Management will send technicians to Qatar petroleum, Qatalum, Q chem, with all PPE and License, to earn money but they will NOT follow in their Own place.

7. Once QP SBH requested Heavy Driver, but your GM sent a Light driver, QP management Insulted Dutest Ex Project Manager Mr Ramesh, due to this reason he resigned from Dutest.

8.The Driver Guy is an illiterate, he did not know the Qatar rules, he should have refused to operate, that was his mistake. Now he is the scapegoat for OM and GM.

This is the difference between experience guys and the guys who walk police station and court.

Shameless guys. Are they eating what human beings eat??, how still they are walking around? and bossing every one in Dutest.

SO all guys, Please NOW your all JUDGE, Whom will you punish? If NOT you, GOD WILL.
