Sky Freight Doha Poor Service
hi, could someone help me where to complain or what to do regarding cargo freight matter? i've send thru Sky Freight Cargo (air cargo) my box 2nd week of march. I have told that it'll will be received in philippines in one week time. but until now, my box is still "missing?".. my family's helping already to track it.. the company can't tell us where is it after series of follow-ups. (what they can do is to ask for the SI no. in my receipt and keep on telling they would call us but until now still no updates..)
sky freight sucks ..i sent one box november 2012 and my family receive it february 2013 what a delay of service.. Its ok to pay high price as long as the service are friendly and accurate to us..
Also the box collector is not in uniform they are un-professional..
45-60days what they promise but you will make it 3months instead..
just to continue with the chains of complaints against the poor services by sky freight, their crew included.
both in qatar and in the philippines.
my box just arrived, the carton ripped, and some items missing.
dont use sky freight. period.
HAIK!Just call them and shout them! it happened to me also. They informed my family that my cargo was damaged and they were asking what is inside that box! why do they need to know what inside, if it is damaged then deliver it as is and check infront of the receiver not by checking it by themselves! AND one thing for SUre! dont trust them!now its time to tell everyone how POOR ther service is!!! ADVERTISE!!
yes better ask directly with their agent in the philippines.
Same thing happened to me last August 2009. The staff told that it would take only 7 days but it took 2 to 3 weeks time after a series of follow-up..
You can ask the contacts of the person there in Manila and directly ask about it. There might be some problem in their schedule of delivery or their facilities.
