i am so tired with qtel customer service.when i call to qtel for help they give me a music.while the music i heard PLS CONTINUE TO HOLD.enybody know howlong i want to stay with line?

Am sure every body experienced the same including me. just give u’ll a idea, am sure all of you’ll using a Qtel Mobile phone. Call them from your mobile by dialing 111 response time is from Qtel is faster than the land fixed lines.

WE all have same problem...better if u visit their q-tel branches..there are no lines fr 12PM-4PM....or if u don't have time to go during these lean hours.....if they put u on hold try calling again....that's what i'm doing and at 3rd time of call al hamdulilah!somebody is quickly answering me....
Same thing happen to me from Commercial bank customer service yesterday. i am waiting morethen 20 minitues, with music.
you're not alone with your problem,me too I'm always experiencing that particular problem.If you have time,much better if you visit any q tel shop nearest you.
choose suitable time between 1 - 7 am and usally i wait for 7 to 10 mins at any time but u r unluky.
I Call them at 9AM and i was waiting 30 to 40 mints no ans
Listen try to call them between 8 am to 3 pm also 4:pm to 8:00 pm for mozaic tv+ they only work until 3:00 pm . and leave headset loud keep the line until you listen somebody replying you!!!
