Preparing baseline schedules for tenders and awarded projects
using P6 R8.
- Establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the
project's scope of work.
- Configure reporting formats, S-curves, and histograms for effective
project monitoring.
- Create weekly/monthly progress reports for both Management and
Clients.
- Regularly update schedules throughout the project's execution and
promptly identify any potential delays for the Project Manager's
attention.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing and negotiating contract
variations.
- Provide advice to the Project Manager and Project Management
Team regarding project criticality.
- Monitor and control the submission of materials, shop drawings,
and other relevant documentation.
- Develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules, as well as revised
schedules, when necessary.
- Conduct time impact analysis to assess the impact of delay events
on the project's execution program, particularly for EOT (Extension
of Time) claims.
