JOB ROLE: WAITRESS (FILIPINA)

Role Purpose: Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction by greeting and serving customers and taking customer orders and delivering food / beverages. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information.

 Working Days: 5 days per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers / guests
• Present menu and provide detailed information on hot / cold beverages
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Take accurate orders & repeat orders on time / as per the sequence.
• Serve food and drink orders
• Arrange table settings of meeting / conference rooms.
• Follow all relevant health regulations
• Report lost & found items immediately to the responsible team leader / Supervisor.
• Knowldge in preeparing various ranges of hot / cold beverages (tea & coffee etc.
• Ensure adequate availability of kitchen supplies & materials

Salary:

• Basic Salary : 1,500 QR
• Food Allow : 300 QR
• Other Allow : 250 QR
• Accommodation : Provided by Company
• Transportation : Provided by Company
• Gross Salary : 2,050 QR

• Minimum Secondary education
• Valid food handling certificate
