The Pre-Sales Engineer should supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. Collaborates with sales, service, and technical support team to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity together with the Sales manager.
- Answer to RFQ/RFP together with the Sales manager
- Supporting marketing by participating in conferences, shows, exhibitions and other marketing events when appropriate and requested to enhance our product visibility and promotion in the market.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Registering the company with various Government and private agencies
- Preparing submittals and prequalification.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to manage and address customer requirements,
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Ensure for each deal the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals
- Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution with Sales Manager.
