Description
Administration Job:- Salary is total of 3000 to 4000 QR (Subjective to evaluation)
- Duty time: Saturday to Thursday 7am to 4pm
- Company: Steel fabrication industry, 5ppl: office team, 30ppl: manpower.
Requirements, Skills, & Qualifications:
- Have Qatari ID
- Resident for more than 1 Year
- Qatari Driving License (Having car is a plus)
- Able to Transfer ID to the company (NOC)
- Microsoft Word And Excel knowledge
- Clear English Spoken Language and Well writing skills (Arabic is a bonus)
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting/HR/Secretary
- Well Presented
- Education Degree.
- Capablility to to learn & Cooperate.
- Organized/Self driven/Proactive
- Teamwork softskills
Duties:
- Coordinating LPO/Invoice/Delivery documents between Accountant and operations.
- General Emailing, Calls, book keeping & clerk work as well as archiving.
- Organizing general documents.
- Date entry into excel Sheets and letter typing.
- Visits on Demand to Offices/Bank.
- Booking Tickets/quarantine/ehtiraz and updating workers files and filing Overtime, End of Service, & Salaries.
- Cordination among: Operations / Accounting / Management
