We are a big real estate company in Qatar looking for the following:

1. Safety & Security Officer- with atleast 3 years experience

• Oversee the security services and activities within the buildings, compounds and other properties of Almana Real Estate in order to minimize or prevent loss of property or assets from internal and external threats.
• Oversee the Safety services and activities within the buildings, compounds and other properties of Almana Real Estate to minimize or prevent loss or damage of property, assets or life from accidents and natural disasters.
• Carry out Investigations on Security and Accidents in order to effectively report impartial and conclusive evidence to the management for their reference and action.
• Oversee the Division’s properties, systems and security details are in compliance with the relevant Government Agencies and Departments and Almana Real Estate.
• Manage and oversee Ad Hoc Projects as and when requested by Management in order to deliver targets and deliverables.

2. Assistant A/C Technician- with atleast 2 years experience

-          Assists the AC Technicians to Carry out the maintenance and repair works of Unitary Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment or System, at the assigned compounds / buildings, in a timely manner.

-          Ensure work quality at all times to minimize or prevent reworks.

-          Follow the defined safety and health practices and standards, to prevent accidents, loss or damage of Company / Customer property or assets.

-          Carry out and accomplish other instructions or request from the AC Technician
