As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising activities at our job sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project manager and other team members to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise labours and other site workers.
• Monitor project progress including schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure following to plans and specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during working hours.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
• Communicate effectively with project manager and others
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Mechanical supervision or project management.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
