We are currently seeking experienced candidates for an exciting opportunity in Jewelry and accessories store management. Manager must demonstrate strong sales knowledge and training ability to assist the store in achieving sales goals. The Manager will direct the daily retail operations of the store.

MUST HAVE 2-5 YEARS of JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Key responsibilities include:

• Ability to generate sales to exceed store sales goals

• Develop selling skills in team members to achieve and exceed store goals

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to each and every guest

• Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently as per direction and visual standards are maintained at all times.

Considered candidates must have the following:

-Excellent sales skills
-Experience in inventory control and store management
-Excellent skills for marketing on Social media (facebook, twitter etc)
-Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Proven history of selling in a commission environment
-Superior communication/organizational skills
-Must undergo background check
-Fluent English/Arabic
