Description
We are looking for a talented and highly energetic Customer Relationship Executive (Only Arabic Female)
A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed payment collection targets
- Successfully create a business from new customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Focusing on developing existing clients
- Generating new business
- Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Valid QID
- Fluent in Arabic and English
