Description
Solutions Architect with minimum 5 years experience, needed for a leading multinational ICT company in Qatar.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering or Science, or another degree but with relevant experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience (previous implementation experience is a must)
• Strong technical background in Internet technologies and managed/cloud services
• Strong knowledge in designing Web services, network infrastructure
• Experience working with third parties including suppliers, partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Ability to travel in country (10%- 30% of the time)
• Dual nationality is required
Job description:
• Technically qualify sales opportunities and assist in their closing
• Conduct presentations and workshops to present the company solutions and to gather the business and technical requirements of customers in terms of business applications, network and facility needs, security, bandwidth, services, SLAs, ….
• Design the solution by selecting the appropriate products and services based on the business and technical requirements.
• Manage and develop proposals using proposal template and propose enhancement to proposal quality.
• Work with partners and suppliers to design/get the required solutions components and their pricing
• Work as one team with the various department including Sales, Product, Operations, Finance,… to prepare solutions/business cases/proposals
• Prepare costing and pricing of the specific solution based on the different department inputs
• Document and track all of his/her activities through the CRM and/or other mechanisms
