Previous Company work Role : DOCUMENTATION: • Knowledge of International Export / Import Trade Documentation requirements INCO TERMS, L/C Documentation • Well versed in Online Customs Documentation • Knowledge of House, Master B/L documentation / Execute House & Master Air way bills and manifests. • Maintain Proper Records for Documentation file them in an organized way SEA FREIGHT : (LCL And FCL) • Receive Pre-Alert • Update shipment details in system • Vessel schedule follow up • Deliver-order charges follow up • Prepare manual manifest and submit to Customs, SLPA, And other related Authorities • Submit EDI and CTS to customs (ASYCUDA SYSTEM) • Raise freight invoice to consignee’s • Dispatching original documents to consignee on time • Coordinate with Warehouse and logistics team AIR FREIGHT : • Receive Pre-Alert • Update shipment details in system • Flight schedule follow up • Raise freight invoice to consignee’s • Dispatching original documents to consignee on time • Coordinate with Warehouse and logistics team CUSTOMER SERVICE : • Answering phones and taking messages • Meeting and greeting clients and customers • Processing mail orders and deliveries • Follow up and collecting payment
