JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and controlling the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of RISE ENTERPRISE including analytical work and thorough review of financial records.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Finance Manager with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Finance Department including budget review, financial analysis and report on variances.
- Review production costing results to ensure proper accounting of quantities and costs.
- Handle bookkeeping of AP/AR. Post financial transactions including transfers, deposits, and journals.
- Process payments and prepare bank transfers including bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial records for annual auditing and reporting purposes.
- Follow up on bank accounts and contacts with the bank
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal records.
- Conduct integration between the accounts of subsidiary companies and analyze the operations among themselves.
- Audit monthly supplement fixed assets record with asset balances to the General Ledger, and calculate its depreciation, and make the necessary restrictions.
10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
Desired Skills & Experience
EDUCATION |
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA is preferable; local certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE |
Minimum of five (5) years’ accounting/finance experience. |
KNOWLEDGE |
Strong understanding of accounting theory, budgets and financial analysis and projection techniques, auditing principles and practices. Strong knowledge of SAP is essential. Proficient in MS Office. Experience in any of the following: Oracle, Xero, Peachtree, QuickBooks, Goldenseal, etc.

Able to critically analyze data and determine its validity; able to analyze multiple variables, reconcile them between multiple computer systems and analyze and correct associated product cost; able to use advanced spreadsheet functions; able to read and interpret documents; able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations; and able to solve practical problems.
