Description
• Assists the Facilities Manager in his administrative duties.
• Performs daily checking, monitoring and updating of stocks.
• Prepare request for quotation for the new requested materials to send to the Procurement.
• Performs warehouse issuance.
• Prepare gate pass for the issued materials and for visitors.
• Updating of stock card.
• Prepare Invoice Summary for petty cash reimbursement.
• Performs follow up for the requested materials to the supplier and to Procurement Officer.
• Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes, and deliver credit invoices to client.
• Prepare MMG Quotation to client.
• Receives the maintenance reports from CMMS, verifies and corrects them
• Assist the operations Department in administrative tasks: Prepares faxes, Helps prepare reports, and Follows up PE or FM in day to day operations in coordination with OM and AOM
• Handles special projects i.e. Costumes for technicians, ID cards, etc… for the Operations Department
• Triggers and induces corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement
• Highlight to PE or FM any significant problem with subcontractors
• Applies the company’s quality procedures

• Microsoft Office – highly skilled in all applications
• Good typing skills in English
• High school or equivalent diploma
• BA is a plus
• Must have a good command in English (written and verbal communication)
• 1 - 2 years’ Experience in Administrative
• Computer Literate
