A Dental Clinic in Doha is looking to hire a Business development executive cum Manager with relevant experience in the healthcare field.

Resposibilities:

• Organize, manage and is responsible for all aspects of business development; including development, implementation, monitoring, updating and ongoing analyzation of the organizations strategic business development plan, growth of the clinic, clinical program and service line development, business planning, community liaison, and event planning to increase revenues and profits. 
•  Identify new potential Corporate in Market for dental checkup and other promotional as well as business development activity.
• To generate incremental Patient Numbers from Corporate.
• Focus on community outreach by creating and attending meetings, trade shows, open houses and other business related opportunities. Managing Marketing Events and Promotions and organizing camps/school visits.
• Keep management informed through regular activity reports and other communications
• Tie up with insurance companies.
• Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the programs and activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience in the healthcare field in GCC.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue growth.

Preffered with GCC / Qatar driving license.
