Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in network planning, implementation and capacity management for business development

Liaise with operation department and provide technical support to all aspects of the service provisioning including configuration, performance measurement and fault management

Participate in network upgrade and integration, performance turning and acceptance test

Work closely with project teams for the execution of network rollout and provide support and advise on issues related to customer projects

Requirements:

University degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or Information Technology or related disciplines.
