Project Controls Analyst 2

 

Job Description:

The project controls analyst will support the successful construction and specialty consulting division performing large construction projects for the Department of Defense and other commercial clients. This position will provide project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and project financial support. Primary duties will be preparing and maintaining project schedules, tracking cost, working with project managers to prepare estimate to completes, and other project controls related activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing WBS and project coding structures.
• Developing and maintaining CPM cost loaded schedules in Primavera P6 for both design and construction related projects
• Maintain baseline schedules
• Provide critical path analysis and what-if schedule planning
• Project performance analysis using earned value techniques
• Support reporting requirements for invoice submittals and monthly status reports

 

Job Requirements:

BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline

7+ years project controls/cost-schedule experience

Proficiency with Primavera P6

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access

Strong interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills

 

Job location: Qatar

• Projects are currently on the military base and all work shall be performed at the project location, not in an office building.
